Summary:
Our first program of the year will feature Mike Perkins, President of Alabama-based Frontline HR and Frontline Develop and a CCSHRM member.
Introduction/Short Bio:
Mike Perkins serves as President of Alabama-based Frontline HR Solutions and Frontline Develop. He also serves as Corporate Counsel/Senior Consultant with Oklahoma-based Labor Relations Institute (LRI), a national leader whose core purpose is helping employers create extraordinary workplaces and remain union free.
With over 30 years’ experience in law, human resources, employee relations and labor relations, Mike has provided valuable guidance, support, training and coaching for business and non-profit leaders and organizations. His expertise and active involvement in leadership development, employment law, labor relations and union organizing defense have helped hundreds of organizations navigate the tough challenges of today’s employment environment.
Mike is a licensed attorney (FL), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, a John Maxwell-certified trainer/coach, and a civil court mediator in AL and FL.
