    SHRM Alabama Employment Law Resources (For SHRM members only) - SHRM's Information Center has compiled a variety of online employment law resources applicable to your state. In this SHRM member-only, FREE benefit you'll receive employment law resources from SHRM Online as well as other online sources; a spotlight on a workplace issue impacting your state; directories for locating employment lawyers and more!     SHRM eLearning - SHRM eLearning is your online educational community for human resource professionals. Over 100 courses are available and earn PHR, SPHR, or GPHR recertification credits for each course.

    SHRM Foundation - SHRM Foundation was founded in 1966 and is an affiliate of SHRM. The Foundation promotes research, innovation, and the use of research-based knowledge. The ability of the Foundation to perform its work is primarily based on contributions, which are tax-deductible. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

    SHRM Live HELP - SHRM Live HELP is an interactive, one-to-one chat feature that connects you directly to an SHRM staff member for quick real-time assistance. It is provided for both customer service inquiries and quick answers to HR questions and is accessible during regular SHRM business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm (ET).

    When planning chapter meetings, conferences and seminars, finding speakers can be one of the greatest challenges. SHRM's Education Department has prepared a Speakers Directory to help you meet this challenge. SHRM Speaker's Bureau and Directory - Members of the SHRM staff may be available to speak on topics including legislative and regulatory updates, ethical issues in human resource management, measuring human capital, trends in HR, and other HR-related topics.

    SHRM Volunteer Leaders' Resource Center - The site is designed to guide SHRM volunteer leaders in successful performance of their role. The information contained within the site gives an overview of the Society, its organization, mission, and services. Because SHRM could not be successful without the hard work and support of volunteer leaders, it is hoped that your experience as a leader will be rewarding. Your work as a volunteer leader will help SHRM realize our goals as a professional society devoted to the interests of those who manage the human assets of the world's businesses, agencies, and organizations.
